Refund Process

Returning an Item

Returning an item is simple. Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, with the original label and complete box, and send it back within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note: We only offer one free return or exchange within 30 days after the sale. For multiple exchanges, the buyer will need to pay the exchange shipping fee. Then contact our customer service via phone or email for assistance.

Remember to include the invoice/warranty card with the returned package, as returns without these documents cannot be processed. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds are only processed for products in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

Usually, we will cover the return shipping costs for quality issues. You need to pay the shipping fee upfront and provide proof of payment. Once we receive the product, we will immediately refund the shipping fee. However, if the product is returned due to customer damage, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Non-quality issues are not eligible for a second return or exchange. Otherwise, a service fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged, and you will need to cover the shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, upon receiving the package, you can either keep it or contact us to arrange a return. To cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, please reach out to our customer service team.

Refund Timing

Please note that refunds will be issued for the exact price of the purchased item. The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original card used for the purchase, or you can choose to receive online store credit. We do not accept refunds via alternative cards or different payment methods. Processing payments may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. If the remaining products on your returned order amount to less than $60, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. For PayPal payments, we will refund you on the same day we receive the returned product, and you will receive the refund on the same day we initiate it.

Exchanged Items

Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days and shipped via standard shipping. Please refer to the estimated shipping time, which is typically similar to the time it took for you to receive the product initially.

Return Handling Fee

There is no handling fee for returns or exchanges; however, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
